If anyone know hims could you get him to return the staff he stole from me?

What happened was I found with +2 sorc 3 blizz +energy staff and i accidentally sold it he said he would buy it back for me because he's a nice guy and instead he lied and jacked it

it was my old good item

If anyone can get it back my acc name is *1HP-
