PvP Nec Help

Can anyone tell me a good build for a nec.
add just enough str and dex to use ur gear, then rest to vita
for gear, use shard with +life helm armor etc. use a +2 20fcr wand with an eyeless vs other necs cuz u need 80fcr to hit the break.
